Team Lean Strong Fast  (TLSF) plans to send a small group to the São Paulo International Marathon taking place on April 6, 2025. We look forward to reuniting with our teammate Bruno who resides there. 

For many runners, earning the prestigious Abbott Six Star Medal marks the pinnacle of their running journey. This coveted medal is awarded to those who complete the six original major marathons: Tokyo, Boston, London, Berlin, Chicago, and New York. However, as of 2024, the Sydney Marathon has officially been added as a World Marathon Major, making it the seventh. While the Six Star Medal will continue to honor those who finish the original six, recent reports suggest that Cape Town and Shanghai are emerging as potential candidates for the eighth and ninth spots in the World Marathon Major series. While the Six Star Medal remains tied to the original six, discussions are underway for the possibility of a new Nine Star Medal.
